The Family Place is looking for a maintenance person with a truck,
to take materials to Hartford re-cycling on a weekly or semi-weekly basis
and perform other building maintenance items as needed.

This could include putting air conditioners in the windows, fixing locks,
maintaining lighting, moving furniture and file boxes,
painting, adjusting doors and hinges, puttering,
odd jobs and other repair and maintenance as needed.

This position does not require a set number of hours per week. The
workload will fluctuate except for the re-cycling run.
