Healthy Babies Kids and Families

The Healthy Babies Kids and Family Program serves Medicaid eligible pregnant women and parents with children younger than six years old within Windsor County.

Staff provides preventative and early intervention support to families either through outreach in home visiting, or on-site in the Families Learning Together Program. 

Staff works with the family to identify goals and strategies and to assist in coordinating additional supports if needed.
