Healthy Babies Kids and Families

The Healthy Babies Kids and Family Program serves pregnant women and parents who live in  Windsor County and are eligible for Medicaid and have children younger than six years old.

Staff provide preventative and early intervention support to families through outreach in home  visiting or on-site in the Families Learning Together  Program. 

Staff work with the family to identify goals and strategies and to assist in coordinating additional supports as needed.
